• Administering and recording medication.
• Conducting risk assessments.
• Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
• Collaborating with leadership to develop services.
• Providing a professional, fun, and inclusive approach.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Strong understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience in, or willingness to train in, medication administration.
• Well-organized, IT literate, with skills in allocating and delegating work.
• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
