Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising shift teams
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement care plans
- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting their independence
- Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance services
- Maintaining a fun, inclusive, and professional environment
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
- Well-organized and IT literate
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Understanding of care planning processes
- Experience with administering medication (or willingness to train)
- Ability to make a positive impact on residents’ lives
