• Administering and recording medication
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting their independence
• Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance services
• Maintaining a fun, inclusive, and professional environment

Skills and Expertise

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
• Well-organized and IT literate
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Understanding of care planning processes
• Experience with administering medication (or willingness to train)
• Ability to make a positive impact on residents’ lives
