Lead Care Practitioner
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of Support Workers, ensuring smooth and effective shift operations.
- Conduct and record regular supervisions for all team members, adhering to current guidelines.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience working with adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviours (minimum 1 year).
- Ability to lead a care team (preferred).
- Experience with supervision and supervision training (preferred).
- Valid driving licence.
- Respect for dignity and individuality of residents, promoting these values within the team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties.
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent (preferred).
