Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising shift operations
• Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver care plans
• Administering and recording medication
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting their independence and activity levels
• Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance services
• Providing a positive, inclusive, and professional approach

Skills and Expertise

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using IT systems
• Proven ability to effectively lead and supervise others
• Strong understanding of care planning processes
• Experience in administering medication (or willingness to undertake training)
• Natural ability to enhance the well-being of others
