Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising shift operations
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver care plans
- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting their independence and activity levels
- Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance services
- Providing a positive, inclusive, and professional approach
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using IT systems
- Proven ability to effectively lead and supervise others
- Strong understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in administering medication (or willingness to undertake training)
- Natural ability to enhance the well-being of others
