Skills and Expertise

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
• Well-organized and IT literate
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others
• Understanding of care planning processes
• Experienced in or willing to train in medication administration
• Ability to help improve residents’ lives
