Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
- Coordinating and managing care for residents, considering individual needs.
- Organising shifts and administering/recording medication.
- Liaising with health professionals and updating care plans.
- Assisting with induction, training, and supervision of support staff.

- Experience supervising a care team
- Empathy and understanding of resident needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility with working schedules and responsibilities
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
