Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising shift
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure best care plans
- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Supporting residents with daily needs, ensuring independence
- Developing services with leadership team
- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
- Well-organized, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- Understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in or willingness to train in administering medication
- Ability to help make lives of others more fulfilling
