Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care to high standards.
• Ensure care aligns with regulations, including safeguarding policies and care plan creation.
• Make critical clinical decisions and manage projects.
• Evolve care levels to meet resident needs.
• Keep the team updated on clinical developments through coaching, training, and mentoring.

Skills and Expertise

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
• Experience in gerontology.
• Strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and motivational.
• Proven experience in clinical mentorship and performance management.
• Person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
