Key Responsibilities

• Organising and chairing Personal Education Plan (PEP) reviews
• Attending Pathway reviews as required
• Developing the wider activity programme for care experienced young people and other students requiring support for transition

Skills and Expertise

• Experience working with care experienced young people
• Understanding of barriers faced by care experienced young people
• Minimum Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above, or equivalent)
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent
