Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safety of people supported by ensuring effective deployment of care delivery colleagues.
  • Undertaking all administration in line with relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Managing and coordinating the care delivery team.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is in place for new people supported, discharges, and transfers.
  • Conducting live call monitoring using bespoke software.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational requirements of care colleagues.
  • Coordinating with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
  • Handling enquiries, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handling all information with confidentiality.
  • Participating in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience in Health & Social Care
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Prior experience in an administration role
  • Excellent customer service skills
