Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule care visits to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients and their families to assess care requirements and update care plans as necessary.
  • Manage and support care staff, including handling rota management, absences, and providing guidance.
  • Conduct spot checks, quality assurance visits, and regular reviews to maintain high standards of care.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, complaints, and service changes, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records using our care management system (Careberry)
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new care staff.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
