Care Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule care visits to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
- Liaise with clients and their families to assess care requirements and update care plans as necessary.
- Manage and support care staff, including handling rota management, absences, and providing guidance.
- Conduct spot checks, quality assurance visits, and regular reviews to maintain high standards of care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, complaints, and service changes, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records using our care management system (Careberry)
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new care staff.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
