Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support within a 20-mile radius.
• Monitor care delivery.
• Contribute to person-centred care planning for residents.
• Record observations (e.g., temperature, blood pressure).
• Provide support and companionship to residents.

Skills and Expertise

• Background in care, including understanding of elderly care.
• Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (preferred).
• Good understanding of the healthcare industry.
• C or above in GCSE English and Maths (preferred).
• Dedicated, compassionate, and passionate about supporting resident wellbeing.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Own car or ready access to one (mileage reimbursement for travel over 5 miles).
