Care Assistant – Sheffield
Key Responsibilities
- Providing essential personal care.
- Engaging individuals in enriching activities (e.g., arts & crafts, community outings).
- Providing comfort, reassurance, and assistance during night shifts (as needed).
Skills and Expertise
- Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Ability to demonstrate kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Experience working with older people and/or individuals with dementia (preferred, but not essential).
- Understanding of personal care needs.
- Commitment to empowering individuals to make their own choices.
