Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team for continuous resident service.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect.
- Recognize and understand clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate identified risks promptly.
- Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
- Practice safe systems of work for all tasks.
