Skills and Expertise

• Background in care, and understanding of elderly care.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry (desirable).
• Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (desirable).
• Good understanding of English and Maths.
• Dedicated, compassionate, and passionate about supporting resident wellbeing.
• Flexibility, and willingness to travel (car owner or access).
