Cancer Improvement Project Manager – Manchester
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of the cancer improvement collaborative.
- Developing significant improvement projects.
- Leading a portfolio of change projects.
- Supporting the delivery of other change projects.
- Working across MFT, various tumour groups.
- Delivering change to integrate clinical services.
- Coordinating change projects within and across hospitals and partners.
Skills and Expertise
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Proven track record of delivering practical change and/or quality improvement projects in acute settings.
- Proactive and motivated.
- High-level interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bring people with you, overcome resistance, and operate at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information for evidence-based improvement.
- Capable of working independently and leading transformation projects.
