  • Provide professional, effective, and efficient customer-focused HR & financial administrative support to all stakeholders.
  • Assist with the delivery of Business Operations in school, meeting agreed quality and performance standards.

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail, able to undertake a variety of tasks.
  • Experience in an administrative role and use of IT software and systems.

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and to deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to form positive, professional, and empathetic relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexibly to meet role demands, including potential work at other schools within the Trust.
