Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking food for breakfast and lunch service.
  • Working independently and assisting other chefs during shifts.
  • Ensuring high-quality dishes are served to all guests across three properties.
  • Meeting all Health & safety requirements and legal obligations.
  • Maintaining impeccable standards and attention to detail.
  • Continuously improving menu offerings and delivering world-class hospitality.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the catering operation.

Skills and Expertise

  • Kitchen experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Preparing breakfast and lunch to the highest standards.
  • Providing memorable breakfast experiences for hotel guests.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and positive attitude.

Job Facilities/Benefits

  • 22,995.00 per annum (pro-rata if part-time) + 5% premium band
  • Accommodation (potential)
