- Preparing and cooking food for breakfast and lunch service.
- Working independently and assisting other chefs during shifts.
- Ensuring high-quality dishes are served to all guests across three properties.
- Meeting all Health & safety requirements and legal obligations.
- Maintaining impeccable standards and attention to detail.
- Continuously improving menu offerings and delivering world-class hospitality.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the catering operation.
Skills and Expertise
- Kitchen experience in a hospitality setting.
- Preparing breakfast and lunch to the highest standards.
- Providing memorable breakfast experiences for hotel guests.
- Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.

Job Facilities/Benefits
- 22,995.00 per annum (pro-rata if part-time) + 5% premium band
- Accommodation (potential)
