Key Responsibilities
- Sharing responsibility for key store areas.
- Deputizing for Store Manager and Senior Team Leader.
- Maintaining store standards, safety, and legality.
- Motivating customer service team for professional, friendly service.
- Leading by example in food preparation, service, food safety, stock management, and customer service.
- Opening and closing the store (key-holder).
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Previous supervisory experience in retail (grocery/food to go preferred, but not essential).
