- NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- Good basic level of education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Experience with children

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- IT literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
