Skills and Expertise

  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Good basic level of education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Experience with children

  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Teamwork skills
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with challenging situations
  • Confidentiality maintenance
  • Working constructively and flexibly within a team
