Skills and Expertise
- Experienced catering assistant, commis chef, or cook.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
- Catering for specialist diets.
- Providing meals for large groups.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Working towards Level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking (desirable).
- Engaging with elderly residents to understand individual needs.
- Part of a wider team in the home.
