Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and excel creating amazing value everyday!
- Vital link between Store Manager and store team, shaping experiences for team and customers.
- Drive sales and use creative flair merchandising on and off-plan.
- Showcase value on GM and FMCG products.
- Create an environment upholding core values: love customers, care for colleagues, and protect profit.
- Leading daily huddles for sales, service, and shrink targets.
- Ensure all products are priced, merchandised, and maintained for smooth store operations.
- Manage new colleague inductions and ongoing training/development.
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Go above and beyond for customers, assisting and promptly attending to queues.
- Create a safe store environment adhering to policies and procedures.
- Support store team alongside the Store Manager.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven track record of successful customer service experience.
- Experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Strong merchandising and product knowledge.
- Sales and target achievement.
- Strong understanding of store operations and procedures.
- Proficiency in a variety of retail products and services.
