• Lead, inspire, and excel creating amazing value everyday!
• Vital link between the Store Manager and the store team, shaping the experiences of both the team and customers.
• Drive sales and use creative flair in merchandising on and off plan to showcase value on GM and FMCG products.
• Create an environment that embodies core values: love our customers, care for our colleagues, protect the pounds (and euros).
• Leading daily huddles to ensure commercial objectives (sales, service, and shrink) are communicated and achieved.
• Ensure all products are priced, merchandised, and maintained for smooth store operations.
• Managing new colleagues’ inductions and collaborating with supervisors to drive ongoing training and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently to the highest standards, going above and beyond.
• Maintain a safe environment for the team, following all policies and procedures.
• Supporting the store team and working alongside the Store Manager.
