Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of both restaurant and bar operations
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently maintained
- Assist in staff training and development
- Manage reservations and guest relations
- Contribute to menu development and wine list curation
- Handle stock control and ordering
- Assist with rota management and staff scheduling
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining service excellence
Skills and Expertise
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent wine and beverage knowledge
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred
