Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when necessary.
- Train and inspire team members to provide excellent food, drink, and service.
- Guide and mentor team members for optimal performance.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
