Key Responsibilities
- Taking the helm when the General Manager is away, motivating team members to deliver their best and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
- Creating a warm welcome for guests, ensuring a delightful first impression.
- Monitoring customer feedback to adapt and improve service standards.
- Providing consistent high-level service, supporting Front and Back of House staff during peak times.
- Overseeing the quality of food production and supporting the Kitchen Team.
- Recognizing when team members need help and providing support.
- Managing all admin and cash systems, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Serving as an inspiring role model and providing support and development for team members.
- Taking pride in personal development with an eye towards becoming a General Manager.
