Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
- Train and inspire team members to deliver excellent food, drink, and service.
- Act as a role model and guide team development.
- Lead the team to provide exceptional guest experiences, encouraging repeat business.
