WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT & EVENTS MANAGER
YOU’LL…
- Use
your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day
running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around. - Use
your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be
proud of. - Be the role model and guide development within
your team. - Lead
the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back. - Managing and responding to incoming enquiries
through multiple avenues. - Pro-actively drive new and existing
relationships with businesses in the area through available sales tools and
build a database of key bookers. - Identify new business opportunities including
new markets, clients, partnerships, products or services. - Ownership of inbound sales and booking system,
maximising sales opportunities. - Ensure a smooth running of the event and
communicate effectively with the BOH and FOH team. - Stay in constant communication with the
organisers throughout the entire booking process.
