Assessment Centre Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting service users with appointment reminder calls
- Travelling and working between the Gateshead and Durham offices
- Coordinating and planning diaries for Health Practitioners
- Making short-notice changes to appointments
- General administrative duties
- Using Microsoft office packages and other IT systems
- Rota management using Microsoft Excel
- Completion of service user satisfaction surveys
- Designated fire warden (training provided)
- Facilitating and coordinating translation services
- Ensuring service user confidentiality
- Providing a welcoming and professional approach
- Working in a fast-paced environment with the public
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with IT systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in coordinating schedules
- Experience in dealing with the public
