Assessment Centre Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting service users with appointment reminder calls
  • Travelling and working between the Gateshead and Durham offices
  • Coordinating and planning diaries for Health Practitioners
  • Making short-notice changes to appointments
  • General administrative duties
  • Using Microsoft office packages and other IT systems
  • Rota management using Microsoft Excel
  • Completion of service user satisfaction surveys
  • Designated fire warden (training provided)
  • Facilitating and coordinating translation services
  • Ensuring service user confidentiality
  • Providing a welcoming and professional approach
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with the public

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with IT systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in coordinating schedules
  • Experience in dealing with the public
