Area Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administrative support.
- Monitoring office environment and phone lines.
- Developing digital ways of working.
- Liaising with HR, Payroll, Training, IT, and Resourcing teams.
- Coordinating and reporting information/data for Service Managers and Area Operations Managers.
- Providing high-quality customer service to management team.
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Skills and Expertise
- Typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Letter and report drafting.
- Administrative support experience (preferably to a management team).
- Telephone communication (answering and taking messages).
- Note-taking.
- Recruitment experience (advantageous).
