Architectural Technologist Nottingham
Key Responsibilities
- Production and coordination of technical drawings.
- Delivery of projects in 2D/3D using Autodesk Revit and BIM workflow.
- Assistance in the preparation of drawings across all RIBA stages.
- Leadership in technical architectural design, liaising with teams and reviewing third-party information.
- Producing, analyzing, and advising on specifications for materials and processes.
- Attendance at meetings and site visits, providing technical advice and reports.
Skills and Expertise
- Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technical design, construction, and environmental issues, including legislative requirements.
- Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology, or HNC/HND in a relevant construction field.
- Proficient in Revit for 2D/3D design and information output.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with initiative to manage projects and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.
