Apprentice Customer Service Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Calling customers to inform them of delivery dates and times
- Answering customer calls and managing inquiries
- Organizing paperwork and emails within Customer Service
- Correctly uploading Proof of Delivery (POD) documents into customer systems
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure timely completion
