After School Childcare Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality after-school care for children.
• Create engaging experiences that excite children.
• Professionally respond to children’s needs with quiet authority.
• Meet the needs of all children.
• Provide support for the Club Lead in delivering inclusive, fun, and engaging care, including games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Engage with all aspects of school life, parents, and the wider community.
• Work with the organization to embed The Elliot Foundation Values.
