Admin Manager – Bristol
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
- Support in overseeing the Clinic Support team to ensure smooth service operation.
- Ensure KPI and audit data is readily available for the service manager.
- Ensure all contractual requirements with NHS partners are met.
- Produce monthly KPI reports.
- Oversee and ensure regular audits take place.
- Induct, support, and train clinical support staff.
- Support with rotas as required.
- Work with clinical leads to gather information for reports.
- Support the clinical support team as needed.
- Understand NHS partnership contractual agreements and report information to the Service Manager.
- Understand internal compliance and policies.
- Support in the recruitment of clinical support staff.
- Respect patient customs, values, and spiritual beliefs.
- Support patient bookings and maintain accurate patient information.
Skills and Expertise
- High level of professionalism and technical standard of work.
- Aptitude for improving quality.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of Data Protection Act, Caldicott Principles, and GDPR.

- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
