Admin Manager – Bristol

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
  • Support in overseeing the Clinic Support team to ensure smooth service operation.
  • Ensure KPI and audit data is readily available for the service manager.
  • Ensure all contractual requirements with NHS partners are met.
  • Produce monthly KPI reports.
  • Oversee and ensure regular audits take place.
  • Induct, support, and train clinical support staff.
  • Support with rotas as required.
  • Work with clinical leads to gather information for reports.
  • Support the clinical support team as needed.
  • Understand NHS partnership contractual agreements and report information to the Service Manager.
  • Understand internal compliance and policies.
  • Support in the recruitment of clinical support staff.
  • Respect patient customs, values, and spiritual beliefs.
  • Support patient bookings and maintain accurate patient information.

Skills and Expertise

  • High level of professionalism and technical standard of work.
  • Aptitude for improving quality.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of Data Protection Act, Caldicott Principles, and GDPR.
  • Strong team player attitude (supportive, caring, reliable, trustworthy).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a busy environment.
  • Positive attitude, pride in work, and passion for the service.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience supporting other team members’ development and training.
  • Experience producing regular reports for senior management.
