Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Headteacher and admin officer team.
- Providing administrative support.
- Providing general welfare service to children.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience of working in a school environment, ideally in a school office.
- English and Maths GCSE at grade C or equivalent.
- Competent in use of IT.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Sensitivity to the needs of young children.
- First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training.
- Punctual and reliable with an excellent attendance record.
- Understanding of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to interact with visitors (in person and by phone).
- Ability to cope with a busy office and multi-task.
