Activities Team Member
Key Responsibilities
- Support setup, operation, and takedown of daily activities, ensuring safety.
- Engage with guests of all ages, providing guidance and a friendly presence.
- Deliver safety briefings and ensure guest understanding of equipment use.
- Assist guests with activities like climbing walls, high ropes, and archery.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of activity areas.
- Report equipment or safety issues to leadership.
Skills and Expertise
- Positive, energetic attitude with a love for outdoor activities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests of all ages.
- High attention to safety and commitment to following guidelines.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
- Previous experience in similar roles (activity, sports, customer service) beneficial but not essential.
