  • Maximising residents’ wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.

Skills and Expertise

  • Warm, empathetic, and personable approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and a driven mindset.
  • Infectious enthusiasm and creative approach to inspire residents and staff.
  • Experience with activities coordination (preferred, but not essential).
