Accounts Assistant Falkirk
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Preparing management accounts
- Bookkeeping
- Preparing VAT returns
- Assisting with corporate and personal tax returns
- General office and administrative duties
Skills and Expertise
- Qualified by experience or currently working in an accountancy practice
- Open to school leavers, college leavers (HNC/HND), and graduates
- Positive attitude and ability to work using own initiative
- Strong communication skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage Line 50, and IRIS (beneficial, but not essential)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
