Proposition Scrum Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of go-to-market customer propositions in line with the Retail Banking customer proposition roadmap.
- Leading multi-disciplinary agile scrum teams to deliver customer projects on time and within budget.
- Acting as a bridge between proposition strategy and design, and customer journeys.
- Delivering new or improved products, services, and experiences to meet customer needs and drive loyalty.
- Delivering required propositions to meet customer needs as agreed with Proposition Leads.
- Developing, coaching, and empowering capable and motivated teams.
- Removing team blockers and escalating issues to Proposition Design and Strategy Leads.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven track record of delivery and passion for customers.
- Agile experience and strong understanding of the digital sector.
- Experience in consumer financial services (preferred, but not essential).
- Experience innovating business and customer outcomes through technology.
- Experience delivering customer-centric transformational change.
- Understanding and experience of digital proposition delivery.
- People leadership and management skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
- Agile capabilities and ways of working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Operational and financial planning experience.
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and risk management policies.
