Proposition Scrum Delivery Lead – West Midlands
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of go-to-market customer propositions aligned with the Retail Banking customer proposition roadmap.
- Leading multi-disciplinary agile scrum teams to deliver customer projects.
- Collaborating with Proposition Strategy and Design Leads, Customer Journey teams, and One Bank stakeholders.
- Managing projects to time and budget in an agile manner.
- Acting as a bridge between proposition strategy and design, working with customer journeys to deliver go-to-market propositions.
- Delivering new or improved products, services, and experiences that meet customer needs and drive loyalty.
- Ensuring propositions meet customer needs as agreed with the Proposition Leads.
- Developing, coaching, and empowering teams.
- Removing team blockers and escalating issues to the Proposition Design and Strategy Leads.
- Ensuring seamless handover to journey teams for ongoing proposition management.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven track record of delivery in an agile environment.
- Passion for customers and experience with customer-centric projects.
- Strong understanding of the digital sector.
- Experience in the consumer financial services sector (preferred, but not essential).
- Experience innovating business and customer outcomes through technology.
- Experience delivering customer-centric transformational change.
- Understanding and experience of digital proposition delivery.
- People leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with and influence stakeholders.
- Experience embracing and role modelling Agile capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with operational and financial planning, relevant legal policies, regulatory obligations, and risk management.
