Key Responsibilities

- Getting to know residents and their families to create tailored activity programmes.
- Maximising residents’ wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Skills and Expertise

- Strong organisational skills and a driven mindset.
- Infectious enthusiasm and creative approach to inspire residents and staff.
- Experience with activities coordination (preferred, but not essential).
