Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the strategic and operational management of projects through all project phases
  • Define and disseminate project success criteria
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing risk mitigation plans as necessary
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Conduct project quality assurance reviews and implement necessary improvements
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder commitment to the project
  • Conduct project post reviews and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Skills and Expertise

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in project management, specifically in digital solution implementation in an operational business
  • PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications (Ideally)
  • Proven track record of management and prioritisation of multiple projects
  • Ability to engage at a senior level to secure buy-in and support and provide challenge in an effective way
  • Ability to express specialized and complex ideas or principles to non-expert staff
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the UK on a weekly basis
