Customer Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to international clients, distributors, users, and operators.
  • Supporting customers remotely with diagnostics and repair strategies.
  • Learning about company products and applications to communicate complex systems to clients.
  • Providing customer training, both in-house and at customer sites.
  • Liaising with the Engineering department to improve product design and reliability.
  • Prioritizing and managing support tickets efficiently.
  • Supporting field services, potentially requiring international travel.
  • Providing technical support to the sales team.

Skills and Expertise

  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and iOS networking (IP/Wi-Fi/GSM/serial).
  • Strong background in mathematics and physics.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of scientific and technical English.
  • Computer literacy.
