Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising shift
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure optimal care plans
- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting independence
- Collaborating with leadership to develop services
- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
- Well-organized, IT literate, and adept at delegating work
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Understanding of care planning processes
- Experience with or willingness to train in medication administration
- Natural ability to enhance the lives of others
