Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through your team
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring costs are within targets
  • Maximise store profitability by promoting sales
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the team to meet targets and lead by example
  • Oversee the store management team and oversee all employee activity
  • Ensure that sales, service, and quality standards are met
  • Manage inventory control and procurement
  • Ensure that staff are properly trained and meet company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Train new and current employees on customer handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting environment for customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
