Bank Support Services Assistant – Walsall
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring working areas are clean and hygienic, adhering to Trust policies.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance, observing Uniform Policy.
- Correctly using and caring for equipment/machinery, following manufacturer’s instructions and training.
- Reporting any equipment or material faults to a supervisor, adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH policies.
- Supporting the development of equipment lifecycle and acting as an equipment champion.
- Providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and food/beverage provision for patients.
- Cleaning premises, equipment, patient, staff and visitor areas, including handling potential contamination (e.g., blood, faeces).
- Communicating with colleagues, patients, suppliers, and external contractors, as necessary.
- Working in all areas of the Trust, accommodating various shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays).
