- Supporting store procedures (opening/closing, cash handling, safety & security)
- Supporting fellow partners during high volume periods
- Anticipating and meeting customer and store needs
- Creating a positive third-place environment
- Providing legendary customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Delivering quality beverages and food items
- Completing daily and weekly store routines
- Handling stock and deliveries
- Providing fast and friendly service at tills
- Ensuring all apprenticeship provider tasks are completed
