Regional Senior Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.
- Monitor the delivery of care when on duty.
- Contribute to the person-centred care planning process for each resident.
- Record observations (e.g., temperature, blood pressure).
- Provide support and companionship to residents.
Skills and Expertise
- Background in care and a good understanding of elderly care.
- Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (essential, with a view to complete NVQ 3).
- Understanding of the wider healthcare industry.
- Good understanding of GCSE English and Maths (C or above – ideally).
- Dedicated and compassionate, with a passion for supporting the wellbeing of residents.
