Key Responsibilities
- Leading the kitchen team in smooth operation.

- Menu design and planning.
- Managing stock control and adhering to food cost guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
- Training, supervising, and developing kitchen team members.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of fresh and seasonal produce.
- Proficiency in menu planning, stock control, and food cost management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of food safety and health and safety procedures.
