Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office management duties, including ordering office supplies and overseeing upkeep.
- Assist in coordinating projects and team activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Work closely with property managers to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with maintenance administrator and liaise with contractors/landlords/staff for daily maintenance.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Team player with initiative
